Hydraulics & Pneumatics Launches New Website

AIT-H&P-spidermancoverVisitors to Hydraulics & Pneumatics’ online home at www.hydraulicspneumatics.com will find a new, cleaner look and better organization to the website. The site has been completely redesigned to provide users with an easier way of finding technical fluid power articles and case histories, product releases, videos, news stories, and more.

Many Tribute customers have been featured in the magazine over the years, including Atlantic Industrial Technologies, which was featured in the August 2011 issue shown at the right and Hydrotech, who was also a sponsor of the Fluid Power Conference hosted by H&P last fall in Cleveland.

Mary Gannon, Senior Associate Editor of H&P, details the changes. “All content has remained the same; organization is the only thing that has changed. Popular sections, like our ‘Technology Zones’ and ‘Industry Zones,’ have been renamed ‘Technologies’ and ‘Applications’ and include lists of articles, blog posts, and videos related to sub-categories organized by product type and industry use.

"Finding our most popular and useful content is made easier with our new website, as our home page features more than 25 articles each month to help fluid power technology users find what’s most useful to them.

"Our home page will change frequently to reflect new articles from a variety of industries, technologies and more. In addition, old favorites like links to our Basics and eBook articles on fluid power components will be easily accessed under our ‘Must Reads’ section.

"Our scrolling top bar features the latest technical articles and products on our site. In addition, ‘Latest Headlines’ and ‘Featured’ provide links to other new and interesting articles. All product releases will be listed under the Products tab, which gives visitors easy access to the latest product releases available in the industry organized by date.

"Visitors will now find easy access to our blogs, which can now be accessed on the home page. These blogs offer an alternative view of all things fluid power, with news and opinions from our editors and marketing tips from our publisher."

Finding additional information is easy by clicking the tabs that highlight Events, Fluid Power Basics, eBooks, Bookstore, and Manufacturers and Distributors directories as well as the online Designer’s Guide.
