Women in Manufacturing Leadership Lab

  WiM-leadershiplab

Women in Manufacturing and Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management have partnered to produce a national "Leadership Lab for Women in Manufacturing."

This research-based, development program is unlike any other executive education curriculum currently offered, due to its particular emphasis on the unique obstacles and opportunities women face in the manufacturing industry.

The Leadership Lab program was designed and developed for women in mid-to-high level leadership roles, and they anticipate that the professionals who complete this program will drastically advance further in their careers and make a positive impact on the manufacturing industry.

The Leadership Lab for Women in Manufacturing takes place in three modules and this format allows professionals to apply and reflect on their learning between sessions and receive individualized coaching. Sessions are held on Case Western Reserve University's campus in Cleveland, OH and taught by faculty of CWRU.

The sessions are as follows:

April 19 - 21: Women in Manufacturing: Bias, Barriers and Opportunities

May 24 - 26: High-impact Leadership for Women in Manufacturing

June 21 - 22: Skills and Strategies for Leading the Way Forward in Manufacturing
