New to the Pump Industry? Attend the Pump Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT) Program offered by the Hydraulic Institute October 25-27 in New Orleans.

A benefit of membership in the Hydraulic Institute, the Pump Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT) Program is designed to supplement members’ training programs, foster networking, and introduce participants to our industry and its association, standards, and benefits. 

The program provides a forum where future leaders will meet OEM and supplier counterparts, learn from industry experts, and develop business relationships that will be critical assets along their career path.  High potential individuals from all job functions are encouraged to attend.

Program Highlights: The program is offered in conjunction with the Hydraulic Institute's Fall Conference and provides an opportunity for the new generation of leaders to gain from the collective knowledge of industry veterans with decades of experience.  

In addition to the full day of targeted educational sessions shown below, PILOT attendees will participate with other HI members in meal functions, general session presentations, select committee meetings, and offsite functions.
