The show also featured the first fully-functional 3D printed excavator and the first large-scale use of steel in 3D printing.
Aside from introducing fluid power professionals to innovations in the industry, IFPE 2017 raised close to $58,000 for the Call of Duty Endowment fund and over $108,000 together with CONEXPO.
The Call of Duty Endowment is an organization that helps military helps veterans find high quality careers by supporting groups that prepare them for the job market and by raising awareness of the value vets bring to the workplace. The show was also a place where veterans could search for jobs within the construction industry.
The next IFPE and CONEXPO-CON/AGG show will be held in Las Vegas in 2020.
